All orders are processed within 1 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates For shipping within the UK, orders are typically delivered within 1-3 working days. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping We offer international shipping to the following countries:

  • Europe:Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden. Estimated delivery for European destinations is typically 4-6 working days. (this can vary depending on customs processing times)

  • Other International Destinations: United Arab Emirates, Australia, Canada, Switzerland, Hong Kong SAR, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Norway, New Zealand, Singapore, United States. Estimated delivery for these international destinations is typically 6-8 working days.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Vitality Supplements is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Shipping charges for all orders, domestic and international, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

For orders within Europe, if a customer declines to pay customs fees, a refund can be issued for the purchased items once the items are returned to us, excluding shipping charges. Customers are responsible for any customs fees incurred and refusing these fees will result in a refund of the merchandise cost only. Please familiarize yourself with your local customs policies to ensure a seamless delivery process.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
